The JFK Health ACO is a network that unites community physicians and JFK Medical Center in a care delivery model that promotes improvements in efficiency and health outcomes.  Our quality program is comprised of a common set of quality goals and measures focused on improved healthcare outcomes which reduces the overall cost of care.
